5.0 out of 5 stars easy to swallow morsels that will help you actually make ... 7 December 2015
By Amazon Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Making change in your life can be daunting and hard to actually get started. Rebecca breaks everything down into tiny, easy to swallow morsels that will help you actually make real, lasting change in your life. I appreciated her openness, honesty and authenticity to motivate and inspire.
This book is a wonderful go to when you finally decide that you want things to change in your life for the better , but don't know where to begin.
I can't recommend it enough.
5.0 out of 5 stars Beautifully written essays 26 November 2015
By Leslie Clary - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition Verified Purchase
I loved the candor, honesty and touch of humor in these essays that deal with the things we all struggle with as we try to improve our quality of life. Change is Easy is also a great resource for learning how to make use of self-help books. A lot of times when I've read motivational books I felt like I wasn't really getting as much as I could from them. I enjoyed how Rebecca Watson broke down the process into steps anyone can apply.
5.0 out of 5 stars Entertaining and Thoughtful Advice 29 January 2016
By Tara Schiller - Published on Amazon.com
Entertaining and thoughtful, Rebecca's writing voice leaves pretentiousness behind as she takes you through her own journey and gives you practical advice for your own. Her tactics are practical and don't take you too far into "big thinking", so you're not left with the feeling of "Sounds great, but how then shall I live?"

I would definitely recommend.
