OMG she made me cry again. I never thought historical romance would capture me so much. I think that is testament to the way this author tells her story. Nancy the matriarch of the family has done the best job ever of bring up her four rambunctious boys without her beloved HAL, she is a mother grandmother and soon to be great grandmother so why does she need another man. I love the way this author is able to convey the mood and customs of the time. The inner turmoil is palpable and churned me up inside. If this were a movie I'd be the one weeping buckets. It touches your heart and rips out your soul. I'd highly recommend the whole series because you may not fully appreciate the story if you don't know the background to it.

This is the last in this series, Second Chance Brides by Wendy Lindstrom. She has done an excellent job writing these stories. They will make you laugh, she’d tears and hope and pray for each of these second chance love matches. Nancy’s is the matriarch of this Grayson family. She has been widowed for twenty four years and when she discovers the love that is offered to her by Dawson she is terrified. She feels she is betraying her deceased husband that she swore to love forever. You will love discovering is she and Dawson can truly find their happily ever after.

(Series, Second Chance Brides.) I felt every smile, every tear and every feeling in between.
Thank you Wendy Linstrom..I would recommend this series to anyone of any age or gender.
The other thing I would like to thank you for is thru out this series you kept all the characters In every book. So many I have read pair up couples and as I read I lose some of my interest in past characters, but you kept all family active in each book, up to date and endearing. That's how a real family really lives together, involved and lovingly strong. Thank you again. I couldn't put this story down.

I have read all the Grayson books and have loved everyone. The characters are well written and funny. The brothers have such a fun relationship and the story of love is deep. This one was my favorite because after so many years of being alone the matriarch finally finds love again. Enjoy reading this great series

Each of these books touched me deeply as I read them and I felt like I knew each character. These were beautifully written, each one. I cannot encourage you enough to please read these. They are amazing! You won't be disappointed.
