For people who don't hate maths.

Bought for my daughter who isn't enjoying maths or that brilliant at it. I thought it would be a great idea, but unless you want to solve the easy maths problems to find where to go, then they're not going to like this. Great idea, but if they don't want to make the effort, it kind of defeats the object of the book.

Great for maths lovers and maths learners

My son could not put this book down. He completed the whole thing in one evening and read it for hours! Great for puzzle lovers and for testing a child's maths ability too, but in a fun way. The story is exciting and the images make is seem more like an adventure film than a book. Recommended highly.

Frustrating to Get to the Story
Reviewed in the United States on 11 March 2014Verified Purchase
David Glover has a very clever idea in the ever ongoing goal of making learning fun. True learning and retention involves bombarding the brain with multiple input. This book involves nice eye candy with the pictures, and then reading to introduce and/or reinforce some basic concepts. Where it misses the mark its reusabilty is almost zilch.
