I do adore the Sweet Town series. The extras in this book are worth a 5 star rating thanks to the amount of research put into it. A very informative welcome addition. Although Mack was endearing and funny I found Aimee less so. Boring and irritating with her preconceived sweeping stereotypes of men and stubborn pride..it really put a damper on my enjoyment of the story. But I still love this series and will continue to read them.

I’m really enjoying the Sweet Town books because they allow me to enter another time and place. While there is an order to them each book can stand alone. When reading one book it refers to the events in a previous story so the reader feels as though he/she is transported to a familiar place. Themes of love and forgiveness are repeated in a comforting way. Sweet Town is the perfect escape after a rough day.
