But the strap is not that funcationl as intended . please correct it.
also another pocket at the back side can be added which will make sence as it is not required to open the whole bag. please consider this in your next design cycle.
I should say , this strap is really unfunctional.
Great product . Thanks

My cons with the bag is that I wish they would make the pockets inside deeper with a close off, and the ones on the outside with a close off. Another thing would be to make a small deep side pocket so I could grab my phone or wallet while I'm using it as a backpack. And the bag could be wider to hold more things.
Other than that I only had this bag for a month but I really like it still so far.
The way the back works ... you have a single strap (with length adjusters on both sides). This is attached at the bottom of one side and passes through a metal ring near the top end of the bag. It curves around, creating the tote "handle" on that side of the bag, goes down through another metal ring, and then attaches at the bottom of the other side. This configuration is the default backpack mode. Because the strap is not removable, the way to convert it to crossbody is to lengthen both sides of the straps and let the extra length run through the top rings. The "handle" section of the strap sits on your shoulder.
Backpack mode: the strap for this is just that--one strap. Put it on one arm and the strap pulls all the way through making it extremely difficult to reach around to get it on the other shoulder. My husband and I spent our vacation with him helping me put it on--every-single-time.
Yes, there are so many ways to adjust this bag for carrying, and yet not one of them made it comfortable or easy-to-use.
Pluses: the bag is well sewn of good fabrics and hardware. The side pockets are large and deep for water bottles and foldable umbrellas. That is it.
All in all, I much regret not having returned it immediately.
