A clean, sweet, romantic novella that left nice warm fuzzies! A good coffee break read.
Pros - well written, easy to read, fairly true to regency period, no sex, h & H were both likeable characters that were well fleshed out, as were most of the supporting characters.
Cons - typos here and there - which don't detract from the story, but did bother me; the story is fairly predictable.
Looking forward to reading more from this author!
When Viscount Avery comes to see an invalid chair maker, he does not expect to find Min Bradshaw, the woman who rejected him 3 years earlier. Or did she? He wonders if there is more to the story. For 3 years, Min Bradshaw has remembered the handsome guardsman who courted her for her fortune. She didn't expect to see him in her workshop, and she certainly doesn't intend to let him fool her again.
