Full of glitches and whilst playing campaign at the same point on a mission 30 seconds in will freeze then shuts down the Xbox series X completely.Disappointing as the campaign is quite enjoyable to play. The multiplayer is average the maps are quite large to play. Also sometimes multiplayer will disconnect from the server. You would think they would have made sure the game was complete before being released at $100+ price point is another negative. If you are into cod games and are thinking of purchasing Cold War then I would suggest waiting until the updates arrive to fix these issues to justify the price they are charging for an unfinished game.Also done trouble shooting with Microsoft support which have been very helpful but unfortunately it’s Cold War with the issues.
i personally loved World at war and Black Ops 1,2 they were highlights of the COD franchise. Cold War has returning character and feels nostalgic. i think the last mission was a bit of a letdown. nevertheless, the story has plenty of memorable set pieces. not to mention multiplayer which is a huge COD feature.
Purchase it on November, 2021. Only play once, then the game cannot be played. Because every time I insert the disc and try to play the game, the screen shows that I need to purchase the game! It is ridiculous!
I have contact the ACTIVISION, the game developer, from January 2022. They ask me to prove everything I did it is right, and eventually, they admit the game I purchase it is something wrong. Then, when I ask a solution: either refund my money, or give me a download version. They stop to contact me. Now, it is end of March, 2022, still no one contact me with a solution.
Please do not buy any game from ACTIVISION, because they treat customer as fool and nothing.
A decent COD game, I found the ending of the story disappointing though. Although the story does have some very unique missions. Obviously the shooting is good... It's a COD game, but if you don't like puzzles I would use a guide to get through the evidence board stuff.
Different gameplay to modern warfare. I prefer modern warfare style of play to this. The campaign reminds me of what cutting edge games were like 10 years ago.
