I have paid for the yearly subscription because I was thrilled with the shows they offered, realised tho that my account does not allow me to make other profiles, the option is not there.
No avatar or anything.
I reached out to the FB page and got told to contact their tech team. Reached out to the tech team twice now only to be met with a robotic generic email response - got the same one twice.
I have message them on FB messenger - nothing.
Even resorted to tweet them - STILL nothing.
The customer service number that I can find is in America so living in Australia I'm not paying for am international call.
I really angry now at this as I'm paying for a service that is broken for me as others are able to create profiles.
Very disheartened by all of this.
Also app is not available for me on anything other then mobile phone- not available on my Samsung Smart TV, Ps4 or XBOX ... The 1 star is for the shows. Nothing else.
