I have been reading w- great interest about the benefits of CBD oil, but wasn't completely sold until I had an opportunity to read the "The CBD Oil Solution" book. It does a particularly good job of explaining the difference between CBD oil derived from a hemp vs a marijuana plant. In addition, it provides a thorough, colorful description of the extraction methods as well as multiple recipes to incorporate the CBD oil into daily routines. Thanks to a doctor's recommendation about the book and the material covered by the author, I'm better informed about my choices in addressing chronic anxiety and pain.
