I only remember one book that I had trouble reading - a novel that had page after page of italic text. I'm not ready for large type books, but the design of this one is ridiculous.
I plan to use its content in my university classes next term, because the methodology developed in the book is concise and complete for the XXI century.
I will also use its methodology in business, in order to evaluate, reevaluate and develop new business propositions.
I recommend this reading to everyone interested in enterprises big or small. It works for individuals, for government agencies, for non profit enterprises and for old fashioned businesses.
I have to have this book to participate in a group that is using it so I’m going to keep it, bit it really p!sses me off to pay $13 for something that’s essentially a pdf file, but not as usable.
Both Wiley and Amazon ought to be ashamed for not making it explicitly clear in the ordering process that you’re not buying a Kindle compatible book.
