While I love this series, I struggled with this book a little. Story great, hero terrific, heroine....okay. She handles herself well and is strong but I didn't, and still don't, see any magic between her and our hero. After treating him like crap when they broke up, she continues to bitch and moan about his job until suddenly deciding right at the end that it's okay, she can live with it. I kept wanting him to just walk away when the job was done. Sadly, that took something away from the story for me. Geri Foster is a good writer and I have enjoyed other titles of hers.

Love this series and usually like Geri Foster's stories, however this book frustrated me. It was a good storyline and the suspense was ok but a bit all over the place. Also Haley was something else again, so self centred and irritating she spoilt the story. Quite a few inconsistencies throughout the story that made the reading experience drag out as I had to keep putting the book down to get over my own frustration at how things were handled.

What a Read. How one man can achieve such skill and with the love of his life at his side in this book it starts with a failed terrorist plot on USA soil on a major airport. The story is heavy on suspense from there. I won’t spoil the book for you but I highly recommend it to you it is excellent and full of suspense, action and romance. Get a copy!!!

Was left slightly disappointedReviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 November 2020
After reading another book in the Sleeper Seals, am sad to say that I was left a bit disappointed. Although I liked Garrett I really did not take to Haley at all. She came across as whiney and wanting her own way, to be honest if I was Garrett I would have ditched her and ran for the hills. There was really 2 main scenes of action and these were wrapped up so quickly and fairly easily that if you blinked you would have missed them. There were also some scenes in the book that raised questions but gave no answers (unless I missed something obvious). Overall not a bad read but not as good as some of others in the series.

wow intense and terror filled book full of suspense, violence and some angst. As Garrett first rescues Haley and then they run for their lives while also trying to figure out the threat and main target. This series is amazing as each author uses their own characters and some interlinking ones to create master pieces of reading, each can be read alone but I have read from the first. I have loved each and everyone of them, this one is no exception. Fabulous story, the writing is faultless. It had me engaged form the first page to the end, the emotions and fear it raises feel real, the plot scary to even think about. Well worth reading this and all the others in this series by some truly fantastic authors.

I felt sorry for Janice in the end. I liked all the characters in the book very much. I liked the idea of the white house and a president being in this book. I would like to read more books 📚about the white house and Presidents in the future. I liked the ending of the book.
great readsReviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 May 2018
Loved the story line looking at older people and their coming late to finding their soul mates and no matter if you think even if you are retired you still have a purpose in life
I am going yo be devastated when this series endsReviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 January 2018
It has been most enjoyable., and only two volumes to go. This has been a bit thinner than previous books but no less interesting. The cover model is scrumptious, by the way!
