About the Author

McMorris was inspired to write Letters From Home after discovering a letter her grandfather mailed to his "sweetheart" during his World War II naval service. She currently resides in the Portland, OR area, where she is a member of several literary organizations including Willamette Writers, RWA , and Rose City Romance Writers.
