Krane and Ivy even though they are brought together by circumstances that neither wants to remember, together they know they help each other heal.
Krane is concerned that starting something between them will loose the friendship they have, but he knows he has to start living again and pushing Ivy away doesn’t work, and after the worst week of his life without Ivy he thinks he may be ready to get his life back.
They face a lot of decisions, whether Krane will continue fighting, how to handle Ivy’s mother who blame Krane for Zoe’s death and moving on while they are both grieving and love Zoe, they feel that somehow, she is pushing them together.

The story is sensitively written and tells of his struggle and also his fiancé's sister. They find strength in each other when the days are dark and get to much for them to handle. But would a closer relationship be disrespectful to Zoë's memory.
This a very emotional story and it is beautifully written. The characters have been very well developed and their emotions are very realistic and full of their heart ache.
A wonderful story and I would highly recommend it!
