The book and the audio CDs are on the same page description - so you have to be careful to select what you want. In this case it was the audio CDs as I had already purchased the book (which was also second user, in very good condition and excellent in content).
It seems that both this and the book are now out of print which makes them (particularly the CDs) difficult to get hold of. I found Breakthrough Spanish 1 to be excellent and easier than many of the newer publications on the market.
If you can track down a copy of the book and CD's, then they make a very good Spanish learning package. Breakthrough 2 is also very good.
Recommended and a shame it appears to no longer be in print.
