A must read for anyone in business10 June 2019 - Published on Amazon.com
Steve is both a phenomenal writer and sage advisor when it comes to all things Amazon advertising. His insider experience and careful study of the way Amazon grew and continues to evolve its business is invaluable to anyone who wants to understand and peak under the hood of a company that seems to be doing everything right, even when some ventures (cough Fire Phone cough) don’t work out.

Steve has challenged my way of thought when it comes to customer service. I'm now fully aware that it is a wholesome process and experience that requires an internal audit of processes and experiences endured by employees as well. This book also gave me insights into the mind of Jeff Bezos -- the king of innovation.
Entertaining and Educational Read!12 June 2019 - Published on Amazon.com
I really enjoy reading Brand Currency. Why? Because each chapter drives you through a lens of Amazon's philosophy in strategy and business that is applicable to my small branding and marketing agency. But more than that, I'm learning the history and impact of moments throughout history that shape our present day. It's a page turner that makes you think and gives you an appreciation of where we are today with a glimpse of where we might be tomorrow. You'll be smarter for the read! Highly recommend this book.

One chapter in and I’m enthralled. Steve quickly and efficiently shines a light of truth on the human experience and begins to peel back the layers to emulate the success his former employer enjoys.
A look into Amazon's amazing create genius through the eyes of one of its chief creative architects1 May 2019 - Published on Amazon.com
Steve Susi has delivered on a promise often made but rarely kept: this is useful, inspiring and practical advice. His stories about the Amazon experience is worth the entire cost of the book. I have always enjoyed reading and listening to Steve talk about creative branding. He is my sort of creative guy as he talks in a language we can all understand. More importantly he speaks the truth about brand equity. There are, barring a miracle Lotto win, few shortcuts to branding success, it takes time and effort. This book can really help you to take control of your creative destiny. Steve’s no-nonsense style is easy to read and he provides a step-by-step guide that will give readers a path to financial and creative career security. Why is this the #1 book I recommend to anyone who wants to invest in creative capital and agency freedom? Because it is much more than just another creative director-ad agency book. Steve provides a framework, great ideas and compelling writing to bring to life practical strategies that will truly allow the reader to tread their own path—to achieve financial and creative security, live a purposeful creative life and leave a lasting brand legacy.
