No wires. No compromises.
Bose obsessed over every detail to create earbuds with a strong and reliable signal. So all you hear is your music, with the kind of clear, powerful sound that takes your workout to the next level.
Sweat and weather resistant
The earbuds are made with water-repellent mesh to make sure you can push your workout to its max without sacrificing performance.
Shaped to stay put and feel good.
Don’t worry about your earbuds falling out. StayHear+ Sport tips (3 pairs in sizes S/M/L included with purchase) and an angled nozzle provide a secure and comfortable fit. So go ahead and put your body to the test. Your headphones will be right there with you.
Calls, commands and easy control.
Take a call, play or pause tracks, change the volume or access your phone’s Siri or your Google Assistant right from the earbud. And voice prompts make Bluetooth pairing a breeze.
Track lost buds and more.
Worried you lost an earbud? Don’t be. Just use the 'Find My Buds' feature of the Bose Connect app to track when and where your headphones were last connected to your phone. Still having trouble finding your earbuds? Don’t worry, an audio signal from the headphones can alert you to their location. You also can manage Bluetooth connections, switch between devices, personalize your settings and get software updates.
Charge it on the go.
The magnetized case protects your earbuds and holds them in place while they travel in your gym bag. And while it holds them, it charges them, too. It can deliver two additional charging cycles, or up to 10 hours of battery life.

For this price i wanted an all round earbud solution i.e. used in the office, listen to music, watch videos, take calls and then to run with.
The connection pairing was a headache as it had to be constantly disconnected and re-paired with my laptop multiple times through out the day. (part of that process was to connect the charge case to the laptop, drop in the earbuds, then remove and re-pair again.)
If you didnt do that, it would only work with the right (master) earbud.
When watching videos, the audio would be out of sync by at least a second. Worse when using YouTube and Netflix, almost up to 2 seconds off.
Audio quality was great otherwise. Hence why its best to be used when listening to music only. Phone calls were of decent quality also. *only the right ear
Once you got used to it, it was comfortable. There is a plug and twist technique which i found help sit them better in my ear and once there, it didnt budge. However, could only wear for about an hour before being irritated.
The Bose app is minimalistic and doesnt give you many options, ie. no equaliser. Althought the "find my buds" are good, but only shows when last used - not a live GPS tracking.
Overall, i was disappointed and returned the device after a week of use. I tried multiple firmware updates, devices and apps and was not worth me keeping. FYI - i have since purchased the Jaybird Tarah Pro's and i'm much happier, albeit the factory sound quality isn't as deep as the Bose, however the Jaybird app improves this and overall is a better package for me.
In short I am pretty happy. I haven't noticed any lag or significant dropouts. The exception is youtube: for some reason I see a noticeable delay, but not my other services. Charging case is of solid build & is useful.
Sound quality is of Bose high quality and they are incredibly secure in the ear: I get the feeling that they are there to stay through viqorous exercise.
The only thing to be aware of vs Soundsport Wired is that the SSW's can connect to two devices at once. For example, you can be watching your ipad and still have the iphone connected. When a call comes in the ipad will pause enabling you to take the call.
This functionality does not exist for the Sound Sport Frees. I'm not hugely concerned as it's fairly rare that I needed that functionality: but it's something to be aware of.
Comfort, worn them for an hour and seem ok although I'd prefer a more in the ear feel. Will take for a run next.
I will note that a lot of people complained about audio lag for video viewing but there's none that I noticed in both Netflix or YouTube. Bought mine for $206 not sure if I'd be willing to pay much more for them.
