The stroller is so easy to navigate. The dogs will walk alongside the stroller at the start of our walk and I'm able to steer it with one hand while holding the leashes with the other. I leave the back unzipped so they can jump in when they get tired. I haven't taken it on gravel, but it handles grass and curbs with ease. I live in an apartment and am able to easily navigate it through the front door and onto the elevator. I haven't yet had issues getting it to fit through doorways, despite the fact it is wide. The only storage on this stroller are the side pockets which will hold my keys, phone, doggie bags, and treats. The company sells a organizer accessory that attaches to the handlebars.
I did have to use patience to get one of my dogs used to riding in the stroller. He is very nervous about anything new so it took me a few weeks of bribing him with treats to get him just used to getting in and out of the stroller. I left it in the living room and every night we played "get in the buggy" game where I gave them lots of hotdog treats every time they jumped in the stroller. Then, on my first ride with them, I just kept praising them and feeding them treats through the sunroof. Now, they are both comfortable riding in it. My next step is to attach it to my bike so we can take rides along the lake. Another benefit of the stroller is being able to keep my dogs calm and safe when we are on walks. Both of my dogs are little and one gets very reactive when he sees another dog. If I see dog walkers coming our direction, I pick mine up and toss them in the stroller and zip up the rear opening. It seems to calm my fearful one and he is less reactive when we pass other dogs.
I am really happy that I made this purchase. On so many levels it is a good thing for my dogs and I no longer have to feel guilty about leaving them at home when I go on bike rides. I'll just take the with me.

I doubt I will use it as a bike trailer very often, but I like to have the option. I did have to add a little bed and folded up towel to the inside to make it more comfortable and cover up some metal parts that might hurt if the dogs bumped them during the ride. There is a tether on the inside--I added a leash spliter so I could hook both dogs up to it. The nice thing about the design is that it is very hard for my dogs to jump out. Both my dogs frequently jumped from the Pet Gear stroller, but I was able to walk for over 40 minutes with the front flap open and not a single jump. Overall, I'm pretty pleased.

I have a Specialist Bike and it hooks up perfectly and pulls beautifully. I've used it on gravel trails and it seems to be a smooth ride for my dogs. I have two small dogs, 12 pounds each. They both fit in the trailer with room to spare. Based on other reviews of not enough cushioning on the bottom of the trailer, I bought two chair cushions and used the ties to tie them together to make one piece. Cost $10 and works like a charm.
Transporting the trailer is quite simple. It doesn't "fold" but it's very easy to collapse by releasing the top inside bar and popping off the wheels (quick push-button release). Very easy to load into a vehicle this way. I have a Ford Escape (older boxier model) and it even fits into the back with the wheels still attached. Also very easy to re-assemble. I'm a petite woman in my mid-fifties and I had no problem assembling, dis-assembling, and lifting into my SUV. I highly recommend this trailer!

2. it smells really bad like formaldehyde. if you have chemical sensitivities (or your dog does) beware. it is sitting out on the deck now off gassing.
i think for 200, booyah could provide clear instructions. it is mind boggling how they could provide such worthless instruction.
