The background noise that this mic picks up made it unusable for me. When monitoring this mic I could hear sounds eg next doors TV, traffic etc that I could not hear with my naked ears. Let alone PC fans, key pushes and mouse clicks were loud and clear. I tried different gains, distances and positions.
I guess it could be different in a fully controlled studio setup, but as a casual user I couldn't use it just plugged in and placed on my desk - which is its whole selling point.
I know programs like audible can eliminate these noises but that is no good to me in a live situation.
For gaming, casual live twitch streaming, pod casts and other solo voice driven applications I wholly recommend going for a dynamic mic, I moved onto one and its absolutely amazing compared to this and I haven't looked back.
