A frightening look at hospital errors

Probably not a good choice if you are looking at a hospital visit in the near future.

All hospitals consider a certain amount of errors to be inevitable and acceptable, even life and death errors. Vicki Lucci's job is to find the cause of these errors, correct them if she can, or minimize the hospital's liability if the problems are beyond correction. The job keeps her extremely busy.

This is a rather light hearted look at some pretty awful hospital mistakes. In fact some of the things going on aren't mistakes at all but something much more sinister.
