As usual Jeanne has nailed it! Starting with a wooper of a surprise for Cage, the way he handles everything that comes his way is beautiful. His strength and determination to do the right thing, with the right woman by his side, was amazing. Throw in some action and suspence and you have another wonderful read by Jeanne St James.

You know exactly what you are getting when you read these books. Good storyline, familiar characters and alpha male leads who are very possessive of their woman and their family. This is the story of Cage, Dutch’s son, who was abandoned by his mother at 8 years old and still carries the baggage. He was raised by Dutch and is now part of the Fury MC. One day a parcel arrives at the garage and that parcel is a baby.....his. This was from a dalliance with one of the Amish girls who has since been moved to a new Amish community far away. Cage needs help raising his daughter and Judge asks his baby sister Jemma, who is a nurse, to help Cage. Jemma agrees but she wants nothing to do with the MC as she too has baggage about the old days of being used as a shield at 5 years old by her father Ox, to get away from the cops. Jemma thinks MCs are full of low life crap and can’t understand her brother Judge and cousin Deacon joining them. This is Cage and Jemma’s story and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

There is honestly not a better author for MC romance books. I adored Jeanne’s Down and Dirty series but I have to say the Blood Fury series is giving the original a run for their money.
Cage is very rough around the edges. Having being raised by his biker father after his mother abandoned him and his brother, I wouldn’t expect Cage to turn out any other way. But boy does he have a beautiful heart. When he was thrown one gigantic curve ball he became the man he was always meant to be. It was humbling to read him second guess himself along the way but it also leant a realness to the story.
Jemma herself is an outstanding character, and in any other book she would be my favorite character. But.... Cage... sigh...

The story was okay but I never felt like Cage loved Jemma as much as she loved him. He was in lust with her for sure, but love? I don’t know. Felt he had more of a connection with Sarah than Jemma. One would think they had a connection since they knew each other as kids, but I didn’t feel it. Seemed more like she was just a warm body he figured he might as well start something up with because he needed the help. And I’m a bit over how only men in these books can sleep around with whoever they want, but the women? They keep it all safe and locked up until the undeserving hero comes along. The one book in this series I loved was Sig’s story. I recommend that one over this for sure!

Another brilliant addition to the sexy adventurous world of the Blood Fury MC.

The adventure begins with a huge reveal.

Cage is a hoot and I loved how he processes everything.

Jemma is courageous and interesting.

As a couple of course they are fire the sexy kind that you just can’t take your eyes away from.

All up another incredible story to add to the increasing list of bad ass characters and MC worlds of Jeanne St James. I cannot wait to see what happens next.

This was a goodie! Gotta love a Baby Daddy!
Have to say though, most of the way through I did not want the couple to get together. I wanted her to stick to her guns and say No. and then of course I wanted him to fight more to make her change her mind. It would have been a blow-your-mind story if they didn’t get together but we all love HEA so that’s what JSJ gave us.
Enjoying the Blood Fury MC series and look forward to Shades story next.
