5.0 out of 5 stars compassionate and informed guide to a difficult topic
Reviewed in the United States on 12 June 2021
this small little guide has been so powerful to read because it normalizes the topic of birth trauma, noting that people often feel ashamed for their experience at a time that is "supposed to" be so happy. it is written for the person who may have gone through a trauma, but it is incredibly helpful as a care giver (therapist, doctor, etc) to understand more about this hidden yet prevalent struggle. i can't recommend it enough.
