I have a super hard time sleeping. This app is the only thing that works each and every time. Great ways changes for diffrent settings. love it Have been telling everyone about it. No other sleep app even comes close.
I enjoy listening to this when I can't sleep at night. I generally am asleep before it ends, so it serves it's purpose. You can make it play a long or a short time. If you listen to the voice speaking, it isn't the most relaxing, and it is a bit fast, but it does what it claims. It has a long version and a short one. I prefer playing the short one longer. I also listen to his words which help you relax. Don't worry if you can't breathe as fast as you are told at the beginning, it is more important to try to relax. This recording has options so you can even choose the background music, how many times you want it to play, and when you want to wake up. I have never needed it as an alarm, so if you do, be sure your alarm is on standby the first time you set it. The only thing I don't like is setting it up every time I use it. Maybe if I used a default that wouldn't be necessary. You could try that out. It only takes a minute or less to set it up anyway. I purchased this recording from Amazon for my Fire, and I have been using it for several months now. Give this a try, I think it will do as it claims.

Same as their other apps, This is just the app. After it is downloaded, the consumer still has to purchase the individual learning systems. They may be good, but without the ability to see before I pay; not going to happen.

I so enjoy listening to this gentle, mellifluous voice. The app has loads of different sleep meditations and combinations of sleep sounds which can be set as background sounds or to be used on their own. By far my favourite sleep meditation app! (I have a few)
