5.0 out of 5 stars Powerful, creative new way to talk about race!
Reviewed in Canada on 18 April 2021
A must have for anyone seeking to begin, continue and deepen discussions about race.

Both/and, simply explained with life experiences provide a unique perspective to conversations on race. In the poems and stories, the struggles of a racialized person are captured in anyone can understand.

I haven't encountered a clearer explanation of what inclusion is to date. A must read for those in positions of power and decision making.

For the color blind, it's not a positive position as " Intention doesn't ease impact. "
Lots of food for thought. I couldn't put this book down when I opened it. Go have a copy.
