On the day of the release I bought the Kindle edition, so I didn’t need to wait for the postman. When I read the prologue, I went back to amazon to buy a physical copy, but it was sold out. Boom! I have to say it’s sold out for a reason!
Ms Poumpouras is the sort of person -judging by the book and an interview (women of impact) I saw a few weeks ago- who you want to be friends with.
Becoming Bulletproof is very well researched, very informative and full of exciting stories from behind the scenes. I wish it had more stories at some parts, though. I highlighted a lot of paragraphs in it and learnt even more. Must read!

I chose to give this book top marks because it is simply outstanding. The personal stories that Evy shared made me cry and humbled at her bravery. These alone made me want to read an autobiography by her, as I'm sure it would be amazing. She also gives such amazing and insightful advice. Not only on becoming mentally stronger, learnt from all her life skills, but how to show humility and grace even in the toughest of times.
The advice she gives is so easily applied to everyone and she makes sure that her words and advice are applicable to all of us. I've already started applying changes to my own life after reading the first few chapters. This is a survival book for life in my opinion, and everyone should read it. If you want a stronger mind set, to learn how to read other ppl and see through deception. There is just so much in this book to aid you in life.
Evy Poumpouras has literally become one of my heroes. She is admirable and astute and i think everyone can learn something from her and this book. I literally didn't want it to end, which is the best sign of a great book.
Thank you Evy for writing this book, I truly admire you and hope to become bulletproof from your amazing lessons. You're so talented, brave and gracious. I've learnt so much and intend to start applying more changes for good because of the knowledge you've shared. Thank you again!

I saw Evy on the YouTube channel Woman of Impact. Her aura, advice, experience and story was inspiring. When I heard she would be publishing a book I was so excited to get my hands on a copy. Honestly, the book was better than I expected! Evy is like no other. It is not your typical self-help book. The book is relatable, authentic, has humour and might even be bulletproof. I have been telling everyone I know about the book, posting about it on Instagram and every day rereading the chapters that resonate with me most. This book covers ranges of topics, is filled with stories and tips. I highly recommended the book!

Note: I made identical review for USA AND UK. The copies are not 100% identical but if i am correct the changes are likely cultural for instance words (favor vs favour)

There are not many books that hold.my attention, so when I picked up this.book to start reading today, I had little hope. However i found d the book well written for me, and gets.to the point rather quickly. So much so I have read half the book already, this lady was first brought to my attention on YouTubeb, and immediately wanted and sourced her book, I found that not.only is it imformative with but some I interesting facts. Also it has useful on how to anyalise our own lives, our perceptions, and how it affects others, and their actions and reactions towards us, "think out the box" but at the same time gives you the tools you need to make necessary changes. She is a no BS lady and its talk about the flight or fright scenarios and how to train the brain, and relates her life, tells of each circumstance. And much more. Hope.this helps.

Evy Poumpouras way of writing and narrating is not only heartfelt but unapologetically honest, and for this I have enjoyed her book immensely!

I can safely say that this book will not be archived and left dusty on the shelf but will become a mentor and reference point for me going forward as I continue to evolve, adapt and pivot in my journey of becoming the best version of me.

Life is not easy but as Evy said recognising your fears and finding ways to manage them, building up layers of resistance is the best way forward.

Thank you Evy for sharing your experiences and using your knowledge to help others - knowledge is power and I will certainly recommend this book to everyone!
