EDIT: The price has drop down by 30 dollars which is nice. Much better, than buying it overseas now.
The case itself is shock resistant and has survived an accidental drop from about 6 feet with no damage.
Its a bit heavy but given the size of the battery, you would expect it to be.
its an easy 5 stars
Not too sure about the 7500mah capacity though, as my Galaxy S7 (3000mah battery) doesn't get 2 full charges (even when turned off).
Happy with the purchase though, item arrived only a few days after order😀😀

Absolutely a must have if you have a Samsung S7 phone I can charge my phone multiple times with this case/battery I will never own a smart phone without one again!
Well for the first 7 months of ownership I was extreamly happy with this device. I am now into my 8th month of use and I am no longer happy with it. The battery randomly stopped accepting a charge. At first I thought it was my charge cord so I put a new one on and it still randomly won't charge the battery that is in the case even though my phones battery will charge every time. What upset me the most is that I contacted the seller to ask if they would replace the unit. I understand that the units warranty is only 6 months but I never herd back from the seller! To spend $60 on a item and have it fail some 40 days after the warranty expired and the seller not even respond to me upsets me greatly. I love the unit when it worked but apparently that 6 month warranty is on purpose because 40 some days afterwards it malfunction. I can only speculate if they would actually stand behind the item at all because they never responded one way or the other! I will be buying another brand of batterycase to replace this one simply because I normally keep my phones for 3 or more years before upgrading to a new phone and I expect my phone cases to last that long unless I somehow break them by accident. And based on the "Zero Reply" from Zerolemon I will never personally buy from or recommend their product again! Had they simply replied and said yes we will replace the unit or because yes it was 8 months old tell me they would give me one at a prorated cost or even said sorry but the warranty has lapsed I probably would have just hit the rebut button and moved on....but since it has been several days pasted their respond with 48 hour deadline I will buy another brand. which for them is to bad because my wife and two daughters all have the same phone and they all want me to buy them one also so I will be buying 4 $60 dollar cases now from someone else instead of zerolemon, all because they didn't bother to reply to me... I would not recommend this case unless you only need it to last for 40 or so past the warranty!
For the last 2 weeks my phone stopped charging overnight and the Zerolemon battery started overheating. The battery pack was getting so hot it was uncomfortable to hold my phone and the only way to charge the Zerolemon battery pack and my phone was to charge them separately and when I used the battery pack to charge the phone it would overheat my phone....I stopped using the Zerolemon battery case because my fear of fire, I ordered a different brand of battery case and my overheating phone problem went away instantly. So my conclusion is the Zerolemon battery case failed after 9ish months and compared to my new battery case the zerolemon is a brick granted it had a bit more mah but considering the weight and size difference between Zerolemon and my new brand I won't buy another Zerolemon
The charge port a battery of this price should definitely last longer than three months before failure. ZeroLemon did state in an email that "we are working to improve on our technology." Unfortunately that does not help myself or other suffering from the charging issue.
At this time I would have to pass on buying a ZeroLemon product and to search for alternatives. Hopefully they solve the charging issue swiftly.
Overall, it's protected the phone quite well so far. I have dropped 4-5 times from waist high and no damage to phone.
It will use about 60-70 % of it to charge the phone from 1% to 100%, but for being a 7500 mAh battery, it does not give you two full phone charges.
Mine will charge both battery pack and phone simultaneously, but then the phone gets to 100% and the battery back hasnt, it will only charge the battery pack. This remains unless I unplug/plug back in. I have to seperate the two and charge seperately every few days. I have not tried to quick charge through it, since I lost that cable. NFC does not work with this battery pack on. Google pay, NFC chips or Samsung pay will not work with this battery pack on the phone.
Otherwise I am happy with the pack. The size and weight don't bother me (unless I try and use VR, then you have to strip it down). The main problem is that samsung did not allow us to replace / modify the battery. The battery pack does get warm in your pocket when you turn it on to charge the phone. Worth the price, just wish a few things were tweaked.
-It functions very well as a case and has a plane minimalist aesthetic.
-It has a resonance camber below the speakers which greatly amplifies sound volume.
-It does fit around the tempered glass screen protector.
-It's bulky. The case adds around 3/4 inch in length, 1/2 inch to the width (1/4 on each side), and is more than double the original thickness of the phone.
-To use the audio jack you have to use the provided dongle. A pass through port would have been much better here.
-The dust cover flaps don't lay flat after plugging into the port they cover.
-The usb power port is located on the side. Again a simple pass through port would have been much better here.
-The power port does not transfer data. Or rather it does very slowly before my computer just drops the connection altogether. I have to remove the phone from the case in order to connect it to my computer. It might work well enough for some people for just transfering pictures/documents, but it does not work for tethering and using PDAnet.
For the first 2 months I had this case, I was excited about not having to worry about a power source to charge my phone in emergencies. Everything was great about the case, quality was good, and was relatively perfect, minus the awkward charging cover.
3rd month came and then so did the first issue. The charging port on the side was getting loose. Most cables were not charging at normal rates, some even said slow charging. Thought it was the chargers, but i would soon find out that it was not the chargers fault.
4th month showed up. 80% of all chargers I used stopped fast charging. All of them are OEM chargers from Samsung, so they are not likely to have issues. All other phones charge normally with these cords. Resorted to using other charging methods (Power banks with normal cords charge the phone just fine, so started using those.)
5th was just like the 4th, but now the power banks were starting to falter.
Here I am in the middle of the 5th month (approaching the 6th), trying to charge my phone. Worked this morning without issue. Later that night (tonight), I plug the phone in and the phone is not charging at all. I am rather disappointed with it at this point as it only lasted me this long while costing me $60. I will be getting a new battery case from another company since it is no longer is being sold as of this time.
The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is it still has a full battery charge as of right now, and i will use it in an emergency as a last resort. Case will still charge the phone without issue as it always has.
Bottom line: If you're going for a long lasting battery for a phone or other device, this is the right company to go to. Just don't trust the battery cases.
Today, eight months into owning it, I dropped my S7 face down from around ~six feet up onto hardwood floor while I was trying to close a window at work.
The slap was sickening.
I picked up my S7, and no cracked screen. Took it out of the case, no cracked back. I've had my S7 since it came out in March of 2016, and this was my first time seriously dropping it and it survived. I couldn't believe it.
While I do think the charging connection port is cheaply made, especially if you're like me and need to charge it every day because you're using your phone for work and need the battery life to make it through your shift, it's going to eventually break even if you baby it. But the protection and battery life extension are worth it to me, and I felt compelled to come write this review after I got home since my phone somehow survived a crushing fall.
If your phone is worth at least $60 to you, and you need the battery life, get this case.
I've given this case a few months now before writing a review, in the beginning it worked great, about 2 months in the charge started depleting faster and faster. Sometimes I hear a popping sound coming from the case I don't know if it's a short or defective but I removed it from my phone for fear of frying my expensive phone.
