Tastes awfully bitter and a little stale on pour over

Tastes awfully bitter and a little stale depending on brew method. I heard such high praise of this coffee and I've found it very difficult to brew a decent cup. If I use my hario with my usual grind size and pouring technique, an absolutely undrinkable bitter cup is produced. If I use the aeropress a better cup is produced but it's unremarkable and really flat. Disappointed and glad I didn't pay full price. The beans could be a little stale as there is no gas released when blooming. Will not buy this one again.

I have been trying different beans of coffee from last 15 years and i can say this one comes in my top 5.
I make my latte from my Breville oracle coffee machine and have been trying different beans over period of time and the texture of the extract and aroma is excellent and leaves you with a great aftertaste.
Must try if you are a coffee lover.

As i was re-ordering the same product as last time i expected the coffee to come in bean form instead of already ground. I guess i should have double checked the order but it is still a little disappointing.
