I love this backpack I bought it for my 12 year old daughter who loves pandas when I seen it I thought 4 pieces for that price? it’s gonna be bad quality! BUT to my surprise it wasn’t!! I was soooo pleased with the quality every piece is a good size the backpack is full size I can’t wait for her to see it on Christmas!!

My daughter was very excited to get this. It was delivered just now and before even taking it out of the plastic I could see what looked like dirt spots on the book bag and bottom of the "lunch box" open the bag to inspect and its fuzzy mold. Will be returning. Also the lunch box isnt lined with anything to insulate it. The flips feel like cheap plastic and where the straps are attached looks like they would pull apart with any amount of actual weight. Super bummed because my daughter was very excited for this bag.

The back pack itself seems to be holding up okay. The plastic part that adjusts the strap broke a month in. The lunch box is not insulated, it's the same material as the backpack and lined with the same plastic. So needless to say, my kid can't use it to take lunch to school... no if I want anything to stay cold. After I hit the place order button it said it would take 3 or 4 weeks to get to me... well after school started. I contacted the seller and they said it was being shipped from China. It only took about 2 weeks to get here though, but broke in a month.

Backpack is cute and comes with what's expected, however, the "lunch bag" is more of a snack back and it isn't insulated. Also, took forever to get it in the mail.
