I can recommend this book to anyone that is experiencing a slump in their will power and/or professional motivation. The key takeaway is that you aren't always going to be on top of your game, and that's okay. When you aren't, accept it, plan your way out of it, and then execute.
The proactive nature of striving to improve on what you were yesterday is of great value to ones state of mind. Allow a small amount of time for introspection and some short indulgence in reflecting on your progress, and this is what sets off the positive feedback loop. Great work on the part of the author in explaining an actionable way to get out from underneath, in a down to earth manner.
