The book is made well, and the recepies look great.
Separating it into nations is SUPER fun, and they really did well with the themes.
Even got an extra section I didn't expect, and a few paciluar recipes I REALLY didn't see coming (this is for you, unfried dough fans)

But this is post war cook book, which is convenient for getting wheat into water tribe food (imported from the earth kingdom)

I wish they had the courage to put more old "treditional" recepies in there.
But that's a metter if personal taste, and even with my wishes so far it seems like a 5 stars cook book, perfect for any nerd cookbook collection!

Gostei bastante das receitas, mas alguns ingredientes são complicados de achar. Mas a aventura de procurá-los traz um divertimento a mais ao preparo das receitas, então recomendo bastante para quem é fã de Avatar :)

Came on time and in perfect condition. It has perfect quality and it has considerations for dietary restrictions and substitutions in it so everyone can try the recipes.

5.0 out of 5 stars Unique and perfect for a foodie Avatar fan!

Admittedly we haven't made a recipe yet, but a friend said they were loving it after trying a variety so I bought it for my 12 year old foodie that loves Avatar and Legend of Kora. We just read through them to start picking some to try and it is very well done! There are comments from the characters about the recipes and she was thrilled to see they were recipes to reflect foods in the shows, not just vaguely similar recipes with a brand slapped on it. It does include some ingredients that for most places in the US would have to be ordered or maybe found at a specialty food store (lotus root and seeds, fermented bean paste, etc) but that sets it apart from so many cook books and makes it great for a foodie that likes to try new things and authentic Asian ingredients. This wouldn't be a good fit for a picky eater probably, but if it were it wouldn't be unique. It looks like many recipes could easily be modified as needed for spice-sensitive palates or allergies. The spiral binding make sit easy to hold your place while cooking.
