I love the overall theme of the book, how different cuisines and historical foods are depicted via each protagonist! Its a visually pleasing well written cookbook!! My only issue is the food is very regimented, majority of it is things you wouldnt eat all the time, there isnt anything for ‘everyday cooking’ also theres not enough drinks, all the drinks seem to be teas which is great for one recipe, but theres about three tea recipes, a mixture of different drinks wouldve been nice rather than the only drinks being teas.

My other issue is theres barely any recipes in it! We need more!

I tried couple of the recipes, and it was all delicious.
Down side is that some of the recipes has wrong or duplicate ingredients not mentioning on the description.
For example, one recipe requires baking powder but on the description it says add yeast!.
I know that this is not professional cook book, and it doesn't explain in a detail. So, if someone has no knowledge in baking or cooking, it might be little confusing.
