Nice looking bookcase and easy enough to build. Like with any cheaper quality furniture made in China the instructions are not the best and there is some imperfections but it's to be expected within this price range. Overall though, a nice bookcase once assembled.
Note that when adjusting the shelves for dvd's, the centre shelf is fixed which puts 2 rows out of the 8 at around 2 inches higher than the rest of the shelves. Not too bad of an issue but it would've been nice if the centre shelf could be adjusted as well so all rows were exactly the same dimensions. Then again, I suppose it needs to be fixed for strength. Each section also holds 21 dvd sized cases for your reference which doesn't equate to as many dvd's as the listing states. I think to get the extra dvd's in they must've had dvd's sitting on top of each other horizontally on the 2 larger rows mentioned above.
