Product description

Product Description

Artful dreaming is a primer for self growth and creativity through dream work. Learn how to remember, record, honor, understand and create from your dreams. Through dream work you will grow into an authentic and creative person and learn individual and group processes which will enhance your life and your creativity. The book is straightforward and easy to understand. The author’s goal is for people to be
able to work with dreams without professional help. It will also benefit therapists who have not had dream training so they can help their clients with dreams and encourage creativity.

About the Author

Wewer Keohane, Ph.D., is a dream, art and creativity scholar & an internationally acclaimed visual artist with pieces in permanent collections of many museums, including the Denver Art Museum and the New Orleans Museum of Art. Wewer has been leading dream workshops and teaching the psychology of dreaming for over thirty-five years and has inspired dreamers, artists, and writers to create from their dreams and to live authentic lives. Many of her students have gone on to careers in the visual and literary arts as well as depth psychology. She lectures internationally, including being the keynote speaker for the International Association for the Study of Dreams on the topic or art inspired from dreams, and a presenter at the prestigious Aspen Writers' Conference on creativity. Wewer lives by a creek in the woods of Colorado with her husband, Steve (also an artist and co-illustrator of Wewer's books). Her art and other publications may be viewed at
