We often struggle to let some people go especially when they made that decision. We question the universe, we question ourselves and we question everyone around us but we never truly get our answers. Letting someone go takes time, patience and commitment to actively stop ourselves from relapsing and thinking about that person again. The Art Of Letting Go helps you understand why, how and when you should let someone go so you can move on and never look back.

I wish it was longer but it helps with my heartbreak. The insight provided by the author provides me new perspective and left me feeling hopeful. I just wish recovery was faster because what kills me is the waiting in between when you can't get them out of your head no matter what you do.

Great advice on love and relationships. However, I kind of expected more; like how to let go of a dead end job. How to let go of toxic family members. How to let go of jealousy and unwanted feelings when someone gets something you always wanted or dreamed of.
Easy but good read

This is an easy but good read. It’s a book that can be read in one sitting. I’ve read it multiple times and have read certain passages more than others. Giving it a 4 star because some of the writing isn’t that great and some of the passages don’t seem like they really fit into this collection.

I enjoyed the way the author used sayings from other people to describe letting go of someone toxic. It was easy to follow the explained messages of how to find you own self worth, questioning yourself, and discovering answers. It was a book easily read and understood, it's a great reference tool within ones personal library of self help books.

Great Words to Fall Back On

Nice book. The authors explain what they did to combat a broken heart. It's no big secret, it's simple to say, but harder to actually do in that moment of emptiness. But the words are a reminder that you can keep near you when you need to let go and you don't want to....but you don't have a choice really.
