About the Author

Richard W. Morris has been a lawyer since 1967, practicing in state and federal courts in Arizona and California. He holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Ph.D in business administration, and a Juris Doctor degree. The focus of his practice is in wills, trusts, probate law, and civil litigation. In 2004, Mr. Morris qualified as a solicitor (lawyer) in the United Kingdom, allowing him to practice law in 48 British Commonwealth jurisdictions. He currently represents Société Civile Succession Richard Guino, the French trust that owns the rights to eighteen sculptures produced jointly by Pierre-Auguste Renoir and Richard Guino.
