Product Description

Fake Girlfriend, Real Arousal

A woman I've never seen before just told her father I'm her boyfriend.
I walked into the restaurant to grab dinner between important meetings and there she was, red cheeked and fury in her electric blue eyes.
I figure I'll help her out with whatever she has going on with her father, so I kiss her.
If she wants to be what's on my menu, that's fine by me.
As she melts into my arms, the taste of her lips and the fire in her eyes hits me in the gut.
She's mine.
This might be a game to her, but I'm playing for real. And trust me when I say I never lose.
I'm going to use my vast wealth and power to get her exactly where I want her.
Who knows, I might even tell her who I really am.

*** A steamy STANDALONE contemporary romance with a hot bad boy billionaire alpha. No cliffhanger, no cheating, and a guaranteed happily-ever-after. Please note this contains a bonus book, both books are full length novels. The bonus books starts at 50%***
***Now re-edited ***

I bought this because it was trending and had good reviews... Not sure what they were reading but it wasnt the same as me. 2 books in one, the first was light, nothing particularly special and less than 24 hours after reading it Ive already forgotten the names of the characters.
The second book I found tedious and skim read most of it, just so I could get through it. I hate posting negative reviews, but given i bought this based on positive ones, I felt I needed to give prospective buyers another opinion

This book certainly didn't arouse me I lost interest pretty quick. The guy used bogus names to run companies....helllo legal issues. He was so busy doing this and that and writing emails from different names how did his board not know this? It was just a little see through for my liking

I read lightweight romances because they are amusing escapism but it's really hard to stay with a book when the plot is so lightweight and full of holes that it's impossible to ignore.
SPOILER ALERT
One of the plot mechanisms is that the Hero rushes off to a meeting late on a Friday night because a Saturday paper is about to publish something damaging about one of his businesses. Sorry, but in the real world, even one of digital publishing, a Saturday paper is already put to bed early evening, not to mention in this day and age they would have tweeted and digitally published teasers for the following morning's paper. If this guy was any kind of business mogul they would have been killing off the story on Friday morning, and if he was truly hard ball his lawyers would have been all over it that morning and issued a stop press writ ... bumbling about on a Friday evening is just hopeless. I know I'm drawing on reality here and lightweight fiction should get a little leeway... but continual errors like this all through the plot make it difficult to suspend belief and allow the make-believe to sweep you along. We're all prepared to believe that Rapunzel would let down her hair and the prince could climb to the top of the tower and rescue her but to read this you would have to be able to deal with Rapunzel letting down her hair and a squad of SAS troopers swarming up to take the tower and launch a bid to retake London.
So glad this was a Kindle Unlimited read!

I am giving this book a solid 4.75 stars. My only disappointment was the number of spelling and typing errors. I don't mind errors when I read an ARC but when I actually buy the book, I assume the majority of errors have been fixed.
That being said, I found this story very entertaining. Although it is a little out there, I was captivated from the very first page. The characters develop through out the book and there is definitely chemistry between the two. The story line is quite entertaining and flows well.
I would recommend reading this book.
