Product Description

From International and USA Today Bestselling Author comes the Third Book in the exciting Jokers' Wrath Series.

There are a lot of things in this world that are easy to escape from. Having a son you didn't ask for isn't one of them.

Mack is a nomad. He likes his own space and he struggles with emotion. His past is grey and his future looks about the same. That is until his ex-girlfriend dies and his son is handed over to him. A two month old baby he didn't know existed. Until now.

His world comes crashing down around him.

Desperate, he hires a nanny.

Jaylah has gotten herself into some serious trouble, so when she sees the job opening for a nanny pop up, she jumps on it. Of course she's not a nanny, but she figures she can pull it off. I mean, how hard can it be?

She's thrown into a world of diapers, hourly feedings and a whole lot of laundry. She's also introduced to the most rugged, gorgeous man she's ever had the pleasure of meeting.

The best part, he's the baby's father.

The worst part, he's a biker.

Their sexual tension is huge, but he's a hard nut to crack. She'll get in, though. She makes it her mission to break through the wall Mack has built so high around himself.

Her world is about to spiral out of control, and she's taking Mack along for the ride.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! If I've said it once I have said it a thousand time. I LOVE BIKERS!!! Seriously I thought Krypt has hot, then I read Maddox's story and thought it could not get any hotter, and now there is Mack........hose me down ladies!!!!!

As usual the hero acts like a douche bag, pushes the woman away, the woman makes him feel alive again, he falls for her, she leaves or gets in trouble and then he rescues her and they all live happily ever after. Except this one is full of hot sex, bad language, macho alpha men, dudes on bikes and beautiful women who demand respect from their men. I loved this book. Bella Jewel keeps blowing me away with her biker babes. I want one of my own!

This story focuses on Mack, who is Maddox's brother, at the end of the second book he is lumped with his ex-girlfriends baby, that she hid from him. Something happened with her that we don't really know about, so Mack is less than impressed to be left with their infant son. He decides to hire a full time nanny, and Jaylah trying to hide from a drug dealer she paid of for her ex boyfriend takes the job. The minute she walks into his house, I laughed my arse off. She is so sassy and does not take crap from Mack's grumpy arse. She pushes him and pushes him. It is hilarious, I laughed out loud a number of times, and found myself wanting to throw my fist in the air and cheer her on at some integral parts of the book.

Got to say I love a book with babies in it, really enjoy the family dynamic that we have, and as always enjoy watching the biker babes get their girls!!!

Reviewed by Claire Rose on behalf of Kindle Friends Forever.

Wow! Let me start by saying I have read all books from this author, and was excited when I was asked to review this book as I adore all her books. When I finish her books, I am always more than satisfied with where her stories have taken me and their endings.

This is the third book in the series. Even though I loved the first two books, this is without a doubt, my favourite one. Anguish is the type of novel that you can re-read and you’ll never get tired of reading it. This novel had me laughing out loud with some of the situations the characters find themselves in, and I have to say that I loved all characters in this book; not just the main ones.

The prologue starts us off with Jaylah in a complicated situation that she can't get out of, and all because of her ex. Jaylah! Oh my, what a strong, sassy woman and very loving, too. She applies for a job she thinks will get her out of her the state of affairs she’s in, only to find herself worse off than ever. She knows nothing about her looking after a baby, can hardly get her act together, so how can she possibly make this work? And to top the lot, her self-confidence isn't high up on the scale when she meets her new boss either.

Mack. A brown-eyed, moody bad boy biker who is struggling with life, has the shock of his life when a woman turns up at his door and hands him her sister’s baby and informs him that he is the father. She ups and leaves him with the baby he wants nothing to do with, so he hands over the baby to Jaylah.

Throughout this novel you see family stick together throughout. However, there is more than the baby; event after event occurs.

This is the third book in the series, It has a very different tone to the the previous book, a lot more sassy, sarcastic and funny. However, you do have to suspend belief just a tiny bit. Jaylah ( Jay or Lah, hates the Lah though), comes from a loving family, moves away somehow gets entangled with a guy who spirals down into drug addiction, before you can say what the?, Jaylah steals the drugs from the town's biggest drug dealer and sells said drugs to pay off her boyfriend's drug debt. Then she has to try and deal with one very annoyed drug dealer, because the boyfriend has done a runner. So she owes him (drug dealer) money, how to get money? Well I'll answer this advert looking for a nanny! For a biker! Lucky for her the biker has huge issues about his child and gives her the job even though she has no qualifications! Once you get past that it's a great story.
