Backpack has NO LAPTOP COMPARTMENT!!!
Make sure you're aware that this model of Anello doesn't have the laptop compartment unlike the Premium hinged model. Super disappointed with the bag and returns policy is absolutely terrible.

- Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable under any circumstances
- Defective items will be exchanged or refunded on buyer's request but the non-defective items, return shipping cost must be shouldered by the buyer.
※ RETURNS RESTOCKING FEE
- Defective item/s are non-chargeable of restocking fee. (Not buyer’s fault)
- Up to 20% may be charged from the item’s price for unopened and in original condition returns.

妻用に購入しましたが普通に使っていて、たった1ヶ月でファスナーのレールを留めているところの布ごと破れ使用不能になりました。
しかもアプリで返品の申し出をしようとしたら30日を超えているので返品センターでは返品は受けられないとの事でした。
かなりの粗悪品です。

大人の男性が持ってもおかしくないリュックを探していたところ、この商品にたどり着きました。形はしっかりガマ口リュックのアネロなんですが、フェイクレザー生地が大人っぽい。お決まりのブランドロゴも同色で英語のみになってるとこが控えめでカッコいいです。出し入れはサイドジッパーで楽ちんです。フェイクレザー生地は軽くて背負ってても疲れません。流行りモノと敬遠せずに是非使ってほしいリュックです。

Fashionable & Practical- Minor Quality Concerns

Ordered this backpack to use while commuting to and from work (I walk both ways) because I wanted something that would be adult/fashionable but also practical (I have a bad back). I found out about Anello when I saw someone using the backpack as a diaper bag, and I in turn have told people about the brand when they compliment my bag and ask where I got it. The zipper pocket in the back it really more of an opening to the main bag and not a separate "pocket"- some might find it useful but I don't ever use it. The material is thick and sturdy but I have found that in the ~3 months I have been using the bag one of the straps is starting to tear a bit at the seam. I use the bag to carry my gym clothes, lunch, morning coffee, and occasionally my work laptop/notebook. The side pockets for water bottles are roomy and a good size. The front pocket is also a nice size and good for holding pens, keys, and other small items. The inside is one large pocket so I organize my things with packing cubes/bags and don't have any issues. Other than the strap tearing (which I am going to see if I can find a way to fix) I am very happy with this bag.

すぐに使いたく、片方からは開くので返品しませんでしたが、明らかに欠陥商品です。
商品チェックとかしないのでしょうか…
ここからはもう買いません。
