I love horror movies and television about scary supernatural stuff and I like reading books about it,I read a book from this writer a few years ago that was a true story about the Amityville horror Lutz family that lived in Amityville, when I saw a tweet about this book I thought it would be more of the same story so I went onto Amazon and purchased the Kindle book,It turns out this one is about the writer and experiences being attacked by the same evil that hassled the Lutz family and had to be exorcised by the same reverend in England that exorcised Kathy and George ,even though it wasn't what I was expecting I really enjoyed the book and I think it's better than the other one I read and would recommend reading this Journal ,I saw the writher has another book called Amityville Horror Christmas and will buy it too ,

5.0 out of 5 stars But it's even more amazing that the author is an Australian 13 September 2015

This book is everything you'd expect from a New York Bestseller! But it's even more amazing that the author is an Australian, and if what I read is correct he's already had a number of bestselling books all over the world.
I haven't read any others, but this one is fantastic! The writing keeps you glued to the story, wanting to know more. I was fascinated by his experiences but freaked out by the idea that this kind of evil might really exist. Although the writer says the story is only inspired by a true story. It must have been terrifying. Loved this book. A real page turner. Once you start it, you won't to put it down. It deserved five stars and not just because John G. Jones is an Australian. Can't wait for the next series.
The book is a credit to this great Australian Author.
