Mrs. D. J. Harrison
brilliant bookReviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 October 2013
It is nice to read a book from someone who is actually experienced the problem. It backs up things that I have heard from other people who have rheumatoid arthritis. For instance cutting out potatoes and tomatoes. I got the book as my daughter-in-law has just been told she has rheumatoid arthritis. I wanted to know how I could help her and I thought reading about it would give me an understanding of RA.

Terrific book that makes senseReviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 September 2018
This book focuses on how you can improve your diet and lessen the pain that RA brings. The author’s story and many other people with RA have also had this experience, which just goes to show that what you eat and your attitude makes a world of difference. Don’t give up!
