I paid more than 500$ and the coat of the pots is peeling ....
They don’t want to give me service because it’s more than a month since I bought it...
Doesn’t worth the money!
Thought it may have been a fluke but tried the saute pan with the same amount of water with the same result.
Just a warning to those that have induction these work, but not well, at least for me.
Pros: Very solid build, heavy gauge aluminum, even heating, great nonstick. This set feels like it's made to survive the Apocalypse. Super easy cleaning and dishwasher safe nonstick is a plus.
Cons: What's with the handles?? Perhaps I'm missing something (as I said I'm not a professional chef) but the handles are impressively uncomfortable in hand. I've used cookware from multiple other manufacturers (Calphalon, WS, Zwilling, Green Pan, Belgique) and all of those have significantly more comfortable handles. As I said the aluminum is heavy gauge to begin with, add whatever you're cooking, and picking up this cookware by the handle becomes an unsteady and uncomfortable proposition due to the handle design. If you look closely at the product photos you can see there's a relatively sharp edge on the upper side of the handles, this is the edge that tends to dig into your palm and slip which makes it both unwieldy and uncomfortable.
One more thing to keep in mind regarding nonstick cookware (for the novice chefs out there like me), searing/browning is next to impossible with nonstick cookware. Since buying this set (nonstick sounded great to me from an ease of cleaning perspective, which is valid) I have learned that having a good nonstick frypan or two is usually sufficient for most cooking needs (eggs, sauteed veggies) while a high quality copper or stainless steel cookware set is probably a better choice for most applications. Live and learn I guess.
