I really like the capstone problems and would assign them as part of every homework assignment. I have never seen anything like this in a text before and find it very useful. These problems really tie together the concepts presented in each section.

Dr. Ron Larson is a professor of mathematics at The Pennsylvania State University, where he has taught since 1970.
