      Used it for pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups & squats. No issues. Stays on and it's comfortable. Removing and adding weights is easy. Haven't tried running or doing box jumps with it yet so I can't comment on fast movement exercises. Overall, it does what it's meant to do so it deserves 5 stars.
