The main problem with this particular style of shoe, is that the sizing is all screwy. I normally wear anywhere from a 9.5-10.5, depending on who made my shoe. I tried on 2 sizes, and the 9.5 was the closest to fitting me. The issue is that the front of the shoe is insanely tight, especially if you have a wide foot like I do, and the back is sloppily loose.
It's almost like the shoe is 2 different sizes slapped together. My heel slips out of the back, and the sides crease when I step. The front feels like I'm wearing a shoe that is 2 sizes too small, and I had hoped that I could break them in a bit and that they would stretch out a little. This did not happen, and now I'm finding myself with a shoe that is simultaneously too tight and too loose.
I really, really wanted to like these shoes. But, until Adidas starts offering them in a wide, they're going to have go to the donation bin.
