Thoroughly Entertaining. This was my second Laurence Gough book and I enjoyed it just as much as the first one. I loved the characters and the detail the Author has put into each one of them. Frank Wright is such an easy going guy, and very quirky for a hitman. Not such a good idea though to want to kill a cop. Jack Willows and Claire Parker are a good partnership, and they seem to feed well of each other. The investigation starts out with one murder, and then gets a whole lot more complicated with a second murder. The stand-out for me is the Authors ability to connect with the reader. I just didn’t want to stop reading this book. Well worth a read.
