I’m so glad to now know the circumstances of Anna’s abandonmentReviewed in the United States on 1 July 2018
I wish this was a full length book! I’m so glad to now know the circumstances of Anna’s abandonment. As always, Rysa Walker’s way of telling a story pulls you in from the first sentence. If your want a new obsession, this is the author you’ve been looking for. For me, I’m just so happy to get a little extra before part 3 of Anna’s story is released in October!

Heartbreaking and RawReviewed in the United States on 31 July 2018
The Abandoned is a heartbreaking and raw look into the beginning of Anna's story. I loved reading from the perspective of her mother, Leah, as well as uncovering the truth as to her end. I believe that a sign of a good writer is when you loathe one or more of the characters that they have created, and that is definitely the case in this short book.

Great back story.Reviewed in the United States on 21 March 2019
This novella tells the story of how Anna came to be abandoned and of the fate of her parents and aunt Weena. It was a thoroughly enjoyable read and much appreciated.
Loved the storyReviewed in the United States on 15 May 2019
This fits very nicely with the two books. I wish I had read it first it would have given me a better lead onto the first book which I really enjoyed.
