As a woman, among many who struggled with autoimmune issues such as Graves, reading this book is truly a revelation and comfort.
It's tragic when many I know over age 40 had some sort of autoimmune disorder. What makes this book awesome is it shows we all have the power to take back our health, and with the help and grace of God, we can live full and vibrant lives.
Thank you Ruschelle for being open and vulnerable as you shared your story and wisdom.

What a tremendous approach for dealing with what seems to be an impossible health challenge. Ruschelle Khanna is on to something miraculous! Each day gives a verse with accompanying insight of its significance for this particular situation. She follows up with a short prayer, directed reflection and a call to action. Ruschelle has discovered the formula to release the healing virtue in God’s word to begin the spiritual process of health restoration. Hats off to Ruschelle Khanna for this wonderful resource!
Over all I say it is a good read!Reviewed in the United States on 1 August 2015
I enjoyed this book that is really a devotional. I have struggled what rating to give it. Currently I am not dealing with pain and I did not read this book as a devotional but several days at a time. Perhaps if I were in pain and able to practice what it said there would be a higher rating. There were a few times I personally felt the verses were used out of context. But by that I mean the meaning of the verse was a little stretched to fit what she was proving. No verse was used terribly our of context. Now for the positive... The devotionals were on the short side which I think is good for someone who might be in pain and not able to focus for long periods of time. Each days was structured nicely with a prayer and "exercise" to do after the devotional. By exercise I mean, write your feeling about a certain issue, or take so many deep breaths, or see the positive in something, etc. The kind of thing we could all benefit from. I also liked her prayers. That might have been my favorite thing about the book. I believe we tend to see God in our narrow vision but in her prayers she has a gracious way of showing so much more who God is and how he wants to help us through these trying times. Over all I say it is a good read!
