Ima make this easy. They feed grain to livestock to fatten them for market. Lab rats DIE when fed sugar water.

Fuzziness going away yet , Pork Chop?

Start with this. Throw away all the soda and High Fructose Corn Syrup. Then all the snacky crap. All the boxes of cereal, bread, mac n cheese.

It can all go. Right in the f-ing trash.

Just started keto over the weekend and this is a huge help! I love cooking and this makes it so much easier too. I would suggest including pictures if possible (I know this would incredibly difficult) but I think it would improve the book. Love it how it is too :)

I recently read through this book looking for newer recipes for maintaining a keto lifestyle, and I have to say that this book is very well written and contains some amazing recipes! The souvlakia, cheese and bacon pepper bombs, and poppy seed cake in particular are amazing. This book is also cleanly written. I recommend this book!
